The Easter festivities have begun, as well as soccer and baseball.

I hid the candy when we got home. The plan is to throw it away outside because if I threw it away inside, inevitably Brooklyn would notice. She asks me about everything I throw away. I think she trash digs to make sure I don't throw any of her (millions of) pictures she colors everyday. You can't save EVERYTHING! I am SO not a pack rat either. It usually has to go after a day on the fridge (other than certain "special" ones, of course)
Brooklyn has 3 other kids from our ward on her team (these are them) So lucky, huh?

The girls first Angel game. So exciting, I know. At the end of the first inning Brielle declared "I ready to go home" and we knew it could be a long night. It was a little bit of a chore to keep her content, but it wasn't that bad. It was fleece blanket night so we all sported some very much needed angel blankets. We left in the 6th inning (it was a tie game) because it had started raining. Purple cast + rain = no good and smelly. We had fun, Brooklyn was good and as long as she had her sucker, soda and cornuts she was happy :) Go Angels.

glad to know i'm not the only one who finds it totally acceptable to throw away perfectly good candy. we don't need it in the house. i have no problem putting it in the trash.

I take pictures of a large group of Samantha's projects from school and then toss all but the really special ones...then at least she can have pictures of what they looked like...takes up much less space!
