I love Easter Baskets because it's not Christmas, not a birthday, they don't ask for anything in particular, no lists - you get what you get and everybody is happy. I didn't buy one ounce of candy this year (although I should have gotten some of those Reese's eggs - those are the best). My girls were getting some clothes I had gotten for them thanks to some growth spurts, a toothbrush and a book. Kind of boring I know, so I'm glad that Mike's Mom got them baskets too. They had fun for hours playing with bubbles, putting on lipstick, sparkles, fingernail polish, lotion, stickers, and sorting through they POUNDS of candy that they were filled with! The bubble gum eggs were the hit of the day.

love the easter dresses. glad to hear i'm not the only one that goes "practical" with the easter baskets- too much candy is a bad thing. and poor brielle- when is she getting that huge thing off her leg???
