This is what I did Friday :(

 This is embarrassing.  I was running up the stairs on Friday and I totally slipped and sprained my ankle!  Why do I always run up and down the stairs???  I broke my foot in Jr. High doing the same thing - I guess I didn't learn my lesson.  I always run the stairs...I don't know why - walking just seems to take too long.  But, I didn't let a sprained ankle get in the way of my weekend because Mike was gone all day Saturday at the BYU basketball game in San Diego and I had things to do, like:

Try out my camera with my new camera strap cover...love it!

Let these guys party at Sophie's 1st Birthday Party.

Make this calender like the one I saw here because Brooklyn has been learning about days of the week and months of the year in Kindergarten and has been begging me to get a calender so we could "see" the day every morning.  And, also make the chalkboard labels for the jars that my Mom was about to DI...so I stole them from her car - I totally remember having snacks from these jars growing up!

And letting my 3 year old kill spiders - she loves it.  Weird, I know.  Which is probably why my ankle is still swollen.  Guess I'll have to prop it up with some ice tonight while The Bachelor is on.  Dang it.

What's my problem?

I've been on a unbeknown camera strike I guess.  It has been a month {at least} since I've taken a photo.  I always seem so rushed to get out of the house that the last thing on my mind is my camera.  I should keep it in my car.

*Good news though, if you can call it that?  Breaker's blood work came back conclusive {yay!} and we know what he's allergic to.  Eggs.  And peanuts.  Good thing we haven't given him PB yet.  So the chocolate cake he had a few pinches of that sent us to the ER a few weeks ago was caused by the eggs that were in the cake.  Oh, and a slight allergy to milk and any kind of detergent other than dreft.  Poor child, huh?  He has a 90% chance of outgrowing his allergies before he's five so lets cross our fingers that it happens.  In the meantime, we are stocked with epi-pens and benadryl just "in case".

*Brooklyn got to ride in a limo to chuck-e-cheese on friday with about 20 other kids from her school that sold the most things for a fundraiser they did.  She loved it, and yes I followed the limo like a crazy person and stocked her at chuck-e-cheese because I didn't trust the school to watch her.  I'm glad I did.

*I can't believe how big Brielle is getting.  I love that kid.  She is kind of crazy, and doesn't ever want to go to bed at night but she is so much fun to have in our family.  She has turned into my little helper and will do just about anything I ask her to do {other than clean of course, some things just don't change} and I love getting to spend time with her when Brooklyn is at school and Breaker is napping.

*I would like nothing more than to have enough hours in my day to do everything that needs to get done.  Between dance, softball, preschool, kinder, soccer and everything in between...how do people do it with more than three kids AND shower AND get anything else done besides the daily cleaning, laundry, feeding that needs to go on?  It's exhausting but I'll probably have another so I better just get used to it and learn to stop forgetting my camera so I can capture these cute kids of mine :)

It rained on her wedding day.  A lot.  The rain happened to stop for a few minutes once they came out of the temple and everyone scrambled to try & get a group shot before it started back up.  It was in record time, but notice anyone missing???  That would be my son!  He was sleeping in his carseat behind us - we forgot him for the photo op, whoops.

 My mom had a kids room at the reception with everything imaginable for the kids to be entertained for 3 hours with, complete with babysitters and all!  It was so nice for us - we could actually visit with everyone and enjoy the reception.  The girls LOVED their dolls w/matching dresses!

It couldn't have been more beautiful.  Neither could they, don't you think?  

On Thursday, my bubba will be 9 months old!!!

How did that happen so quick?  A few things about Breaker right now:

-He has 8 teeth (yes, 8!) 4 on top and 4 on bottom.
-He waves "hi" to everyone! The people in the office at Brooklyn's school love it.  It's pretty cute, I must admit :)
-He does "so big" and "baby in the picture frame" - pretty cute too.
-He claps whenever he hears "yay".
-He gives "five".
-Shakes his head "no" whenever he doesn't like something.
-Gives good kisses, you know the sloppy open mouthed ones that you have to wipe your mouth off afterwards.  Those.
-He LOVES being held but LOVES his toys too - especially balls and toys that light up.
-He wants to give up on baby food and move straight to big people food but because of his unknown food allergy (we should have results in a week-story about our fun ER visit later) he's pretty much stuck with fruits & veges :(
-Refuses to crawl b/c of his hatred for laying on his tummy.  This kid I tell you, can throw one big tantrum - not a good sign of things to come!  He is SUCH a smiley & happy baby though so I'm sure it's my fault he's not getting around b/c I can only handle the crying for so long before I pick him up and he gives me the biggest smile and giggle ever.  I'm pathetic!

I love this age.  He is so fun to interact with - he's so animated and laughs at everything, he loves his sisters and is such a mamma's boy - until dad walks in the door :)  He still smells so yummy and occasionally will just lay his head on you - I love it!
