We're having another......GIRL!

I feel like I'm behind on life.  I started feeling sick 4th of July weekend and am barely starting to feel better.  My laundry is piled up, my dishes, my mail.  I hate that feeling!

There has been a good reason for that though, and we found out last week that we are having another girl :)  This pregnancy has been rough so far (like Breaker's was) so I thought it would be a boy - but I just had a gut feeling that it was a girl.  I was right.

To be honest, I couldn't be more excited!

This is SERIOUSLY the only picture we took the whole trip.  It was on Mike's phone too, so not the best quality!  Breaker was such a trooper sporting the annoying life vest for two days straight, and the boat put him to sleep every time he got on it - it was perfect.

Brielle was so excited to go on the tube - until we put her on it.  She was all talk!  Before we even started moving she was screaming to "stop" and "this isn't fun" and "I don't like this" so like the good mom I am, I told Scott to ignore her and take her on a ride for a few minutes anyway.

Brooklyn loved it, and although she was bouncing all over the place and looked scared to death - she was still laughing :)

The boys were ruthless on Wendy and I and threw us 15 feet in the air before we flipped.  Wendy had a sore neck for days after!  Mike had fun wake boarding and was having fun doing some jumps.  I had fun wake boarding as well but need to work on not falling, ugh!  Why is it so easy for me to get up but so hard to stay up?  Annoying.

We all had so much fun - I'm so glad we have such fun friends!!!

I think it was everybody's first time except for Chrissy and I???  It was SO fun!  We went on three runs and wish we could've gone on more.  It was a really fun weekend getaway!!!

Just Dance Recital

Aren't the costumes the cutest things ever?  Miss Trisha is so talented, and the girls are already having "dance is over" withdrawls.

The girls both did really, really well!!!  Brooklyn had this I'm trying not to smile but it's not really working look on her face during her both of her dances (silly girl!) and Brielle was just totally hamming it up during her dances.  My cheeks seriously hurt so bad after the recital from all the smiling I did - they are so fun to watch :)

Did I mention that Mike won a Hawaii trip from work???

He did - and it was amazing!  We hadn't been since our honeymoon.  Aren't the sunsets just beautiful?

The first day we got in we met Scott and Catherine (who just randomly were in Maui at the same time - it was fun :)) at Hula Grill.  We ate, walked on the beach and were suppose to watch the cliff divers jump off the cliff...but they never showed:(  

Mike windsurfed one day - which I totally would've done with him but I thought since I hadn't just enjoyed the beach yet, that I would do that while he surfed.  WRONG!  It poured, I mean poured the whole time he was out there which means I sat in the car for three hours instead.  Good thing for laptops and wireless Internet, they saved me from boredom.

Have you ever heard of Warren & Anabelle's???  It's a magic show that is seriously, AMAZING.  They picked us to help Warren out during the show which ended up being really fun!!!  There was a group of 5/6 guys that sat behind us during the show that were from Texas, they take a trip w/each other every year and said that it was their 7th time coming to the show - and it's gotten better every time.  The only thing is that you do have to plan and make reservations before you go to Hawaii because they sell out weeks/months in advance.

Mike had one place that he HAD to eat at while we were there.  Mama's fish house.  We went there (but didn't eat there) on our honeymoon.  We walked out because it was so expensive - which is so lame if you think about it!  But, we were poor college students - what else do you expect?

The view from our balcony - we had our own little beach.  I threw up on it the first day too.  The kids all had the stomach flu the day before we left and guess who got it????

Highlights of the trip were:

*Sleeping in till we felt like waking up!

*Eating shave ice every. single. day.  Local boys was hands down the best on the island.  I told Mike I want to open my own shop now.  The best was with ice cream on the bottom and with the sweet cream on top.  SO GOOD.

*Singing karaoke with Mike at Sensei's

*Snorkling

*relaxing

Lowlights of the trip were:

*The dang rain.  It rained quite a bit!

*Our excursion being cancelled because of thunderstorms :(

*Leaving!

My bubster turned ONE a month ago today!

My son turned ONE!  

His current favorites are blueberries, grapes, watermelon, balls and stairs.  He loves to climb stairs.  

I really wanted to throw a big birthday party for him but we got home from Hawaii (more on that later) two days before his birthday so he kind of got the short end of the stick.  Sorry dude - we still love you though :)))

I had to put this next picture in here because this is a classic Breaker move.  One ball in one hand while throwing another.  I could just watch him do it all day long.  Pure entertainment, I tell ya!

Oh, and this one too.  He crosses his feet like this whenever he sits.  I love it.  He'll be playing then he'll sit down, cross his feet and think for about 2.5 seconds and then he's off again.  It's the cutest thing.  

And he got to eat CAKE for the second time in his life.  The first time didn't go so well so we omitted the eggs this time and he loved it!
