What is this craziness? I am totally sick to my stomach, really. The reason for being most upset is what Brielle has to endure the next 4-6 weeks. No walking, No crawling, NO getting around by yourself whatsoever (strict doctor orders). Is that possible for a 22 month old? She slid off some couch cushions that were stacked on top of each other. I was right next to her, it wasn't a hard fall...apparently she "landed" the wrong way. I am TIRED off broken bones...this is the third one in TWO years between the girls. What is going on!?! So "Princess" Brielle will need things brought to her for the next little while and will have to be carried from here to there, until we can countdown the days until this inconvenience can come off and her leg can be healed. We'll just need to inject some calcium straight into these girls bones so they can be tougher in the future and so I won't be any more paranoid about them getting hurt than I already am -with good reason {sigh}.
On a little more positive note...I will be getting some killer arms due to the weight lifting I will be doing, and I will get to have Brielle as my little buddy for the next little while. I will say that Costco this afternoon was a successful trip. I didn't hear "I walk myself mommy, I big girl." once! I did turn on Peter Pan for her earlier and the only requests I got were "sting cheese peas, and milk in it" so it may not be as bad as planned and my house will be a little cleaner because the tornado is off for the month. That's the bright side, right?

i can't believe that intense cast! it is so huge! what a pain- when mya broke her foot and just had on the temp cast i had a weekend of having to cart her around. no fun. i definitely feel for you!
Wow, Kim I'm shocked. I'm so sorry! I showed the kids and Dallin was like, "Ammon is always falling off the couch!" Well, I'm sure our turn is coming.
that is too bad!! hopefully she will be able to move around by Easter. She looks really cute up on the table getting her cast. Good luck for the next month..
