a long overdue post...nothing exciting, just daily life

My latest project (it was done a while ago) but still not sure if I love it. The Piano needed "something" because it's in a hallway, not a room. Just not sure if this was the right something.

Brielle refuses to sleep alone, she would much rather snuggle with Brooklyn.

This is what her bed usually looks like. And this is a little dialogue of what we hear in the middle of the night.
Brooklyn: Scoot over - you're squishing me
Brielle: (screaming) BE QIET SISSY!
Brooklyn then screaming back: NO YOU BE QUIET
Brielle: (still screaming) MOMMY, DADDY
Brooklyn: (screaming) BRIELLE, BE QUIET
Brielle: SUT UP!
I then go in to intervene, but they are back to sleep - gotta love it.

What do you get when you mix a little girl in dress-ups that are on backwards with a scooter?

Some BIG news...Brielle gave all her bb's to baby Corbin.

Before giving them up she was all smiles - she didn't know what she was in for.

We (okay, I) decided to give up the bb's because it was becoming a little obsessive. If she realized she was without one, she freaked. I figured the obsession wasn't going to get any better so we decided we should give all the paci's to a little baby that needed them since Brielle is such a big girl. We gathered them together, and she had one last suck on each of them (really) and we left. I was nervous, I won't lie...but she hasn't cried for them at all! Isn't that amazing? She has asked for them, and we remind her that we gave them all to Corbin. She gives us a bewildered look and then goes about her business. It's been such a better transition than expected and I am so proud of her because she really loved those things. So now we are bb-less and loving it!
