The Face of a Monster
This precious little girl has been a piece of work lately. I think the language barrier is what the true problem is. Brooklyn at 18 months old was talking in sentences (no joke). She has always been extremely verbal and we have never had a problem communicating with her. Therefore with Brooklyn - she had fits...yes. But, they were usually because she wanted to do something that we told her she couldn't do. Sweet little Brielle here throws MAJOR fits. Throws herself onto the floor usually hurting herself in the process, rolls around kicking her legs and arms then occasionally gets up to hit me, then it's back to the floor. Yeah - I get beat up in the process. I am hit, pushed, smacked - yes I have even been kicked. All because I put juice in her sippy instead of water, or I give her fishies when she wanted popcorn or I gave her the "wrong" toy or I give her the "wrong" passy. I am trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she is teething, or maybe she is tired, maybe this or maybe that. I hope this passes soon. So Brielle when you have kids one day and are wondering what you did to deserve all the fit throwing - just know that we endured it with you. And while she is a monster half of the time, the other half she is really sweet and cuddly and wants to give you kisses and you just want to eat her up. So I am begging please, whoever has control of my baby...give her back!

jada is still yet to reach that major fit throwing stage. i'm in denial that it will ever come and hoping that she'll just skip over it:) think that we'll get that lucky? probably not. hopefully it passes soon. until then, hang in there.
Isn't it so much fun! Hailee still throws fits like that too! I feel for you but am glad that it happens to everyone and it's not just me and my poor mothering skills!
She sure is cute though! :)
