Dear Brielle,

Last month you turned four!  You sure are growing up.  You are my little buddy at home and constantly make me laugh at the things that come out of your mouth.  You are witty, smart, very independent and really sweet.  Your facial expressions crack me up and Dad and I never get away with trying to "trick" you into anything!

You have a very strong willed personality, and when your mind is set on something - it is set.  Remember when you wanted to change your name to Ashley?  At Allison's birthday party you even told everyone your name was Ashley.  Ashley was written on your cup, your plate, your bag.  When one of the Mom's asked who's daughter was Ashley, nobody responded.  They brought you in & it was you!  I said that's my daughter, her name is Brielle not Ashley and you whispered in my ear "yes it is Mom".  I used to bribe you with "OK, I'll call you Ashley for the day if you....", you LOVED it.  That went on for months you silly girl!

Lately, you've been telling me multiple times a day that when you grow up you want to be a "cheetah girl".  You love to sing, dance, perform, pretend, etc.  Some of your favorite songs to perform to are: all the single ladies, three little birds, and anything sung by the Chipettes (from Alvin and the chipmunks).  You love turning Pandora on my iPod & finding the glee songs to sing.  Your favorite song starts with lyrics that go: "I bust the windows out your car" sung by Mercedes, with attitude. Yeah, it's nice when you start singing that song in public - I get really lovely looks.

You have really good intentions of trying to prevent Breaker from getting into anything that he shouldn't.  Unfortunately, he doesn't really like you too much most of the time because of it.  I, on the other hand would like to thank you :)  He makes far less messes than you did as a one year old because of it.  You are a little mother hen and love to be in charge.  Miss Andrea told me on your last day of preschool that once you left, the kids weren't gonna know what to do without you because you were always the one that told them what to do and how to do it (she said it was in a loving way not bossy way though :))  We love you cute girl!

Happy fourth birthday Brielley Belle!

Love, Mom
