~Donaldson Girls~

We did Thanksgiving with my family this year but stopped by to say hello to everyone @ the Donaldson's...the girls
LOVE their aunts! I made (for the first time) homemade stuffing - which was SO good and the vegetables. I know Thanksgiving isn't just about the food...but secretly it is really why I (doesn't everybody?) look forward to it each year - I'm just glad I FINALLY feel better and was able to enjoy it!

I have to post about the last two nights as well. Tuesday night I let Brooklyn stay up a little bit longer than usual because Brielle had fallen asleep on the couch at 7:30. Brooklyn is my little buddy and doesn't stay more than 3 inches away from me. She likes to drink when I do, laugh when I do, smile when I do...she is so funny. She is always trying to please me, and does all of her chores (makes her bed, picks up the toy room, unloads the dishwasher, etc....the girl loves to do chores - I'll take it while I can cause we all know that will not last) just "to make me happy". She HAS to sit next to me at dinner every night and she likes to have her hair just like mine, everyday. She is such a sweet girl and for some reason at night when I have one on one time with each girl, sometimes I don't want them to go to bed. They talk a mile a minute about everything they can possibly think of and they feel like the luckiest girls in the world because they stayed up an extra hour! Oh how I love my sweet Brooklyn.

Brielle took a late nap yesterday so I let her stay up for a little bit longer than usual. This girl is HILARIOUS! She has these awesome one liners that crack me up. She likes to blabber on and on (just like her sissy) about anything and everything (like how her favorite color to paint with is red, and how she likes to play with aqua doddle doos - which is a rooster by the way) she shows me all her "tricks" that she can do, which is usually some high kicks and a somersault- and she is SO proud of them...I love it! The girls are always together so I really enjoy the one on one time I get with each of them, they are so different in so many good ways and I just could squeeze them to death. I love my little Brielle.
